CTI simulations

Does anyone still have the CTI simulations given out by the IAEA. I am in the US and apparently the IAEA never wants to respond to me. I sent them a request forum in the mail but they never replied. I would like some simulation material for a BWR, PWR and CCGT and if anyone has them, I would like to try out the new Refuse and landfill plant sims.
