 as for my personal vehicles we have a trailblazer and a ford windstar. like feet said I buy what works best for me... just glad i don't have to drive my own vehicle to my job sites anymore, means much less hassles

Just got one of those Suzuki Aeros for the kids.... great gas milage and more room than the previous Nissan (which recently was totaled by said kids) and safer.....

Still driving the beast... had to swap out the original alternator at 212000 miles.

I drive a 2006 Volkwagen Passat 2.0T, it's a hellified grocery getter with a turbo but it look good and gets 30+MPG.  Plus, I can get it programmed to give it more boost and 40 extra HP.  Dream car though is either a perfect 68 Camaro or a 07 Corvette Z06, to bad I don't have $70,000 laying around for either of them.  And as my screen name implies, I use to have a 98 Buell S1 White Lightning that I regretfully sold, and had a 04 Buel Lightning XB12S that was totaled by my roommate while I was away.  Still owes me for that.

2005 ford focus station wagon 31 miles to the gallon sure like it at the pump @$3.00+
always been gm fan
miss my classics 67 cutlass convertible and a red 2dr hardtop
folks at work car alarms would go off when i drove into the parking lot
still waiting on my dad to quit driving his 67 gmc pickup and give it to me to restore

Yeah, I'm waiting on getting it done, but when I do, Mustangs are gonna be wondering what happened when they pull up next to me at a light.  When I had my 93' Z28, every light I pulled up to someone wanted to race.  It didn't matter what they were driving or who they were, there is something about being in a fast car that makes people want to race you.  I had a 16 y/o kid pull up next to me in some 80's chevy cavalier and I just had to, I couldn't let him think for a second his car was better then mine.

Most of my friends drive sports cars ranging from newer imports to old american muscle.

As far as economics, It don't much matter what you drive when you only live 7 miles from the plant you work at.

Im still driving around my 2000 chrysler sebring convertible.  Shes looking a lil worn around the edges with 120k on her but if I get another 50k miles ill be happy as a clam.  I think the next vehicle will be a truck though.  Im mostly a city dweller but I like the idea of putting a cover on the back and just using the bed as a MASSIVE trunk so I can fit a stroller and luggage.

I have a 2000 Dodge Durango, with 180k mile, runs beautifully... haven't had the normal transmission problems that normal plague them. And this spring if all goes well, I will be buying an 08 Volvo S60. Going to look at them this weekend.
