Two aggie carpenters working on a house one picks up a nail and hammers it into the wall. The next one he picks up he thows away. This goes on for awile until the other aggie carpenter finally asks "Why are you throwing those nails away?" to which the first carpenter answers "The heads are on the wrong end."
