Newcomer seeking info on Duke Energy NEO hirings.

Hello All,
I am new to the forum and could use anyone's help in getting some further information on Duke Energy hiring for their three plants in and around Charlotte, NC.  I am a fully qualified, non-licensed operator at a plant in Georgia and wondering if it would be a good move as my long term goal is to finish my degree and move into HP.  Any info on pay, company treatment of employees, mobility into other departments, etc. would be useful.  Thanks.
