Belgium- Doel Plant- Long Term Stay

I am looking for some input on the best long term stay options for Doel Plant in Belgium. Job looks to be from August until end of November. From what I understand August is the end of the busy tourist season, so rates should be very reasonable after that time, even considering the poor US dollar exchange rate.
