SONGS Knowledge Test

I'm taking the POSS as well as the knowledge test this week and I was wondering if anyone here can give me a little info on the knowledge test. My questions are these:

1. What are the format of the questions? Short answer? Multiple choice? Calculation? Are they similar to the study guide ones?
2. What percentage of the test is calculation vs. the other types of questions
3. Will there be a formula sheet? Or should I devote more time in memorizing formulas?
