Is Security at Knolls or Bettis Unionized?

I am curious as to whether the security police officers or security officers at Knolls Atomic Power Lab and Bettis Atomic Power Lab are unionized?  If so, does anybody  have the name of the union or POC information for the local reps?  Thanks!
