Where to go after seperating...

Not sure about an actual date for separating but I'm curious as to if anyone knows where are good places to look for jobs. I am separating for medical reasons have been in 3 years, second class. I am looking for places where there are power plants or any places that would be good for me to try and look for a job. I am particularly looking at the Colorado area but am willing to hear any places. Any advice, places, job sites, anything would be helpful. Thanks!
