Jobboard Update

We updated the job board software today.  One of the new features you might notice is a "Refine Search" option at the top of search results.  Not only does it allow you to refine your search, it tells you in advance how it will effect your results.  For example, it tells you that if you specify employment type "Long Term" your search result will display 542 jobs, and "Short Term" will give you 83 results.  As you add more restrictions such as job category and location, it will continue to tell you how that effects your results.
