security clearance question

hi i have worked a couple outages at nuke houses before i haven't been in a nuke plant or held a clearance for about 3 years i was just offered a job and had a question i have a couple warrants for failure to change my address on my dl (lol) and my safety sticker on my truck being out of date i have no felonys will i still be able to get a clearance
