Hey everyone.

I wanted to post something to introduce myself to the board.

Thanks so much to all of you for contributing so much information for a civilian like me to look through.

After not getting selected for OCS, I started looking into the enlisted programs that I'm qualified for based on my AZVAB scores (94 AFQT, 260 NUC) and I became really interested in the Nuke program. That being said, I just went into the Delayed Entry Program having signed/swore in to be a Nuke recently. I leave July 10th....so excited but so long to wait. From what I've read from all the posts that I've read, I want to go ET and then serve on an SSBN. I know it's about the needs of the Navy but having a goal to work towards has never hurt anyone in the past.

Anyways, I look forward to living on this board for the next few months and I hope I don't make any noobie manner mistakes.

Thanks SK  but I prefer Peanut Butter cookies...  or at least walnuts in my Chocolate Chip cookies.....
