You plop a gas turbine in the area to address voltage and the nuke is gone. Right now Ginna will be gone in about 2 years. The grid stability issue is being addressed and it doesn't involve saving Ginna. Any issues in Illinois are being caused by nukes not addressed by nukes. It's why 2 winters ago Exelon paid a utility to take their power vice back nukes down. Nuclear is dead and grid stability won't save it.
