Shearon Harris OSHA training question( please help!)

Does anyone know the guy at the shearon Harris training center, off training ave, new hill.North Carolina
That does the OSHA training when we took the OSHA training he stated we could get a replacement but I live out of state now to get a replacement by driving there! If anyone has a phone number or email to someone there please let me know thanks! Beats paying 60 bucks to take OSHA training again! This soon!
