Can America Turn Its Nuclear Power Back On?

I think the info-graphic about how much electricity each state gets form nuclear might need to be updated.  There is no way VT is still 80% nuclear.

I'm no expert and have done zero research on it, but I would guess that Vermont imports a lot of electricity (much like California) so it could be that high. It would take some digging to try to find out where their electricity comes from. My guess would be some from Canada and one or more of the other nukes close by was utilized to replace the lost power of VY.
