what I intriguingly notice is that October 22, 2015 appears to be entered using a Courier font with an old school mechanical typewriter, or perhaps a daisy wheel selectric,....

Nah - the kerning is too tight for a typewriter.  Even an IBM Selectric, which will automatically adjust the kerning, couldn't type like that.  Also, the typeface isn't quite right for Courier.

  It looked like you were questioning its authenticity because of seeming inconsistency. Official documents are released in PDF that blurs the type and the font can be anything the processor has in its library for whatever reason.

actually GLW cool that you pay attention to details like that.  sometimes they really matter.  usually not, but it is the sometimes that count.  I have a couple of tales in the Nuclear Industry where those details that don't usually matter mattered big time.  Not telling though.
