No son not on any hook. Back in the day it was very common to give bonuses and do as much other work as you possibly could then adjust the refueling outage schedule accordingly. Fermi did it all the time. It didn't apply to operations but if Racdon or Maintenance Contractors are getting bonuses more power to them.

Yeah, I don't see a huge influx of HP's heading to Oconee to get them back on line after a XFMR fire. Added work scope is still added cost. Very rare to see the "Well, we're down anyways.." mindset anywhere.

There are no bonuses. There is no cry for people. very minimal work is going on right now in the RX. All efforts are going to refurbishing the onsite spare transformer. any major work in the RX is being evaluated nothing planned yet

In truth I think bonuses for techs and such were a pretty good idea up to a point.

Oh heck yeah. Remember when you would go to an outage meeting and a guy would say it will take 6 days to do a job you darn well knew his group could have done in two, then when they got it done in 4 everyone thought he was a hero?

under promise,...over deliver,...

6 days is the worst case, two days is the best case, four is a good compromise,...

it sure beats the other alternative,... 8)
