NUPOC telephone and DC interviews

I have just gotten confirmation and am going to DC March 27th through the 29th to interview for NUPOC Subs.  I also have a technical interview over the phone in two days.  I'm not quite sure what to expect over the phone because I haven't found how the phone interview works online yet.  I'm afraid I'll screw it up even though I've been studying for it for the past 3 days.  Any advice and knowledge on how the phone interviews work and knowing if you passed them?
