Interesting occurrence, especially if it did actually occur on site as per the theory. I'd like to see some laboratory experimental data as this has occurred frequently in the environment, separate from human activity:
metazeunerite and metatorbernite
http://webmineral.com/data/Metazeunerite.shtml#.Wjx2VXwo6MY

The base minerals are radioactive:
zeunerite and torbernite

http://webmineral.com/data/Zeunerite.shtml#.Wjx1Unwo6MY  and  http://webmineral.com/data/Torbernite.shtml#.Wjx13Hwo6MY

My question would be, does removal from site involve it being classified as Mixed Waste?
