Interesting article, the proposed rule titled  Strengthening Transparency in Regulatory Science is a big step toward doing what works not what sounds good which I think is a big barrier in any regulation and future construction of Nukes. Trust me I'm a scientist sounds too much like hold my beer and watch this s@#t to me.
