well, maybe, finally, somebody will deign to take a pass on that resident farmer scenario and save loads of time, money and drama in the effort to re-purpose the land use to something realistic with the historical land use,...

This would make for a very interesting D&D. There may be more cost involved than a rip and strip to remove to current DCGLs. What RAM and isotopes will be acceptable to the future user? What legacy quantity will they assume into their liability?
