John was one of the old school rentatechs. I worked with him off and on over the years starting at the Peach, through the days at Beaver, and finally at EMD when he retired. A great guy, quick with a joke and a smile, who was an excellent technician with an instrumentation specialty. John was one of those I always remember with a smile, always will.

Yea, though I walk through the boundaries of containment, I shall fear no dose, for my meters are with me.  My counters, air sample filters, and smears, they comfort me.
