In-Processing Contract for Comanche Peak

Does anyone know who has the in-processing contract for Comanche Peak? Or could someone please share with me the contact information for the Access Services Manager at Comanche Peak. My husband is getting out of the navy and we are planning to relocate to the DFW area and start a family. I would like to still work in-processing for the outages as a contractor in the access services office or as an FFD collector.

Appreciate any help or direction to look.
