Chemicals used in Decon of Yellow Iron

Hi, can any of you give me an idea of the different chemcials that are used to decon yellow iron at various weapons complex sites.  I have been to a few of the sites, but have yet to find out exactly what is used.  Any help you can offer would be appreciated.
