I agree that the odds are low I think I said that too. 478632257999 to one? Maybe you should be an odds maker in Vegas not an instructor.

Never ask a Vulcan to give you the odds.

Access is independent of HR and fact is a contractor doesnt grant access.
The guy asked for an answer. I gave it to him, fact is its about a 47863257999 to 1 shot access would be granted.

Image result for so your saying theres a chance

TVA

Well he asked if there was a chance so I gave him the realistic odds :). As an access guy told me once, felonies are ok so long as they don't involve alcohol, drugs, overt violence or anything that causes them to doubt your honesty. His record just screams puts the meter for the last criteria on its peg. Face it, there are less reactors and they utilize less craft for outages. He doesnt stand a chance.

I have a question. How early can you ask HR to schedule your clearance tests and medical test from the job starting date, in order to get peace of mind earlier that you'll get access or not.
Thanks.

MMM

If they make a contingent offer, you'll probably be expected to get the medical and drug screen taken care of before getting a start date. If you're concerned, you can get them done now, but don't expect to get reimbursed for the cost, and you'll likely have to do it again.

You cant use a second party for items like thar.
