Homepage Update: Smarter Job Feed & "Anti-Flood" Logic

I've updated the homepage Job Feed with a few key features designed to make it fairer for employers and easier for job seekers to spot the latest opportunities.

1. No More "Front Page Flooding" I've implemented a 3-job cap per employer. This means that even if a large company posts 100 jobs at once, they will only occupy 3 slots in the main grid. This ensures the front page remains a diverse snapshot of the entire industry rather than being dominated by a single bulk-poster.

2. "Hot Opportunity" Overflow Cards Don't worry—those extra jobs aren't hidden! If an employer has more than 3 new jobs, a dedicated card will now appear below the grid (e.g., "🔥 See all 32 NEW jobs from Westinghouse"). Clicking this takes you directly to their full employer profile and job list.

3. High-Visibility Gold "NEW" Badges Any job posted within the last 24 hours now carries a bold gold NEW badge. We've standardized this gold accent across the site to represent high-priority, real-time updates.

The Goal: These changes ensure that small and medium-sized employers get better visibility, while giving our users a cleaner, faster way to see what's trending across the fleet.
