Pennsylvania State Police cars are parked at the front gate of Three Mile Island nuclear power plant in Middletown, Pa., Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2002, to assist National Guardsmen and private security in protecting the plant. This is the first anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.
