WATTS BAR UNIT 2 TVA may resume construction of its Unit 2 reactor at Watts Bar Nuclear Plant, pending a comprehensive evaluation of the cost and schedule for completing the unit. Work on Unit 2, located closest to the cooling towers in the photo above, stopped in 1985. The detailed study will provide an evaluation of the engineering work, cost and timetable required to complete the unit.
