W Elevator, 105N Reactor
The array of penetrations corresponds to the front face of the reactor with it's somewhat more than 1000 horizonatal tubes, each containing about ten fuel elements.  Racks on either side (walls) hold steel tubes which would have been pre-loaded and using the equipment on the right in the picture, inserted through these penetrations for refueling.
