Court supervision and being allowed to work

I'm currently waiting to be under court supervision for a pending DUI charge. I'm wondering if anyone knows if I'm allowed to work anywhere in the industry while under court supervision. I'm so lost I'm a contractor RP and don't know if I should just give up or not. If anyone has experience or any insight that would be greatly appreciated. I don't want to give up on my dream career but I really don't know where else to go. Thank you to anyone in advance if I get any replies.
