nuclear security clearance

Hello, I am new to the site and group and had a question. I work through my local union operating engineers here in Louisiana and they have a job scheduled to be coming up at the River Bend Nuclear Plant. Was told I would have to contact River Bend about getting the necessary paperwork to get my security clearance paperwork started. Cant get ahold of anyone for any of the numbers ive found for River Bend. Was hoping you guys could help me out and point me in the right direction?
