where will all the techs come from this fall???
Just some perspective.

The 21 outages this fall will be a lot easier to staff than the 40 last spring.

I had to read this question twice before it dawned on me, sorry I'm in the middle of finishing up a couple of my psych classes so I'm fuzzy. Yes I'd like to also know what the industry is going to do with the outages all being either running at the same time or overlapping.

My other question is what are "we" going to be doing, as it is clear that many of us are going to be facing a lack of work ...

NAFTA promoters - including many of the world's largest corporations - promised it would create hundreds of thousands of new high-wage U.S. jobs, raise living standards in the U.S., Mexico and Canada, improve environmental conditions and transform Mexico from a poor developing country into a booming new market for U.S. exports.  - including labor.
