Early access to the Fall 2026 U.S. nuclear refueling outage schedule is now open on NukeWorker.

25 refueling outages are scheduled for Fall 2026, totaling 785 reactor-days of planned offline time across the fleet (average 31.4 days each).

Scheduled durations range from 16 to 55 days.

For comparison, Fall 2025 had 22 refueling outages totaling 801 reactor-days (+3 outages year over year).

Across the U.S. fleet of 94 commercial reactors, today's combined capacity factor is 98.0% (1 in unscheduled outages), above the 95.3% baseline for this month over the past five years.
