I moved your cheese (a little): the homepage news boxes now sort by newest

You know the three news boxes running down the middle of the front page (Nuclear Community Discussions, Outage News, and Nuclear News)? They used to always sit in the same fixed order. I just changed that.

Now they reorder themselves automatically so whichever box has the newest post floats to the top, second newest goes next, third after that. The whole point is that if something fresh just got posted, you shouldn't have to scroll halfway down the page to find it. It comes to you instead.

Most of you won't even notice. But some of you have been coming here for 20+ years (@Marlin) and know exactly where everything lives, so if it felt like I rearranged the furniture on you this morning, that's why. Nothing got removed or hidden. It just sorts by what's newest now.
