BWX Technologies has finalized its acquisition of Precision Components Group, adding 500,000 square feet of manufacturing space and 450 employees to its operations. The facilities in Pennsylvania and New Jersey will continue producing pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and heavy weldments for commercial nuclear projects and U.S. Navy programs. This integration increases the company's domestic capacity for reactor life-extension programs and new construction activities.
