Mandatory background check is required by HOA ($100, refundable upon approval via first month rent reduction). 4 bed/3.5 bathroom, two story house (over 2500sq feet, 2 car garage) in upscale and secure Homestead Waterstone Community.Two rooms downstairs, as well kitchen and half bathroom, 3 bedrooms upstairs (including master), each has its own bathroom.  It is very close to Turnpike (exits 5,6 and 2), Turkey Point Nuclear Powerstation is 8-10 minutes away. I have had had several outage workers stay with me over the years, 3 of them have returned time & time again.

Turkey Point Plant. Florida City. Ive been renting to nuclear workers for 20 years. I have a 1500 sq ft downstairs apartment in my home. Its about a 30 mile drive each way. Its a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, furnished waterfront apartment. It has a washer/dryer, central ac, wireless internet and cable. Most of the guys who have tried staying close to the plant, have found they prefer to awake in the Florida Keys, than a hotel room in Florida City. Its worth the extra buck.
