Two bad things about working nights:

1--Shift differential (at least in my case) is pathetic.
2--Locals don't like it very much when you get off shift and stop off for eggs and beer at the local diner.

SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL?? I'm A Shift Manager, explain this strange grouping of words that look like English but must be from a foreign language.

When I was at Fermi one of the local hotels had breakfast with a lingerie show. I ate a LOT of scrambled eggs that outage!

BTW no corporate for me! Too far away from the trenches!
