Westinghouse report predicted nuclear development problems 6 years ago

Way back in either late 1980 or early 1981, Forbes magazine published an article about the "nuclear follies" in which they outlined the relative strengths and weaknesses of the various utilities that were building nukes.  Those companies ranged from Duke Power, which kept tight rein on their projects, to Illinois Power, which let Clinton Power Station get away from their engineering oversight.  Doesn't look like very much has changed over the decades.
