11/30/18: Nevada wouldn't even allow a small box of Pu239 from SRS in for sub-critical mission testing at NTS/NNSS, so how is high level waste going to fly??

Budget Money report: hiring 77 lawyers to work through the 200+ state of Nevada contentions that blocked earlier efforts. There's a big piece of the funding....
