   I heard a IAEA representative say that it was highly unlikely that the Russian soldiers had radiation sickness then shortly afterwards read this article. I read another article that said some Ukrainians poisoned some Russian soldiers killing two. Hmmmm....

Considering the source of this news, I would be skeptical. However, The Russians have been there for a few weeks, so several of them could have significant uptakes leading to long term illness and death.

If they had only invaded the Chernobyl area and claimed it as russian soil.  Who would have complained?  I heard they were mocked by the locals for digging in soil there.
