Hey everyone,
I get out of the navy soon and got a conditional offer for a senior reactor operator job at a commercial plant. I filed for bankruptcy 1 year ago and will like to know if there is a chance I get a final offer with bankruptcy. I haven't being asked anything during the interview concerning my past. I just completed the background check and found out there is a credit check too. Do you think I can get a job in commercial power plant with bankruptcy? Thank you

It's not going to be an automatic disqualifier by itself unless the licensee has it as one in their own site specific procedures. Gather all the supporting documentation that will help make a case that you're trying to get on the right path, ... completion of credit counseling, any repayment etc.
