Energy Department Announces $11 Million in Awards to Develop HALEU Transportation Packages

This is just a simple effort for generic work packages, but for HALEU.  I'm surprised this contracting effort didn't come out of DOE EMCBC in Cincinnati, rather than the less accomplished INL contracting office.

I also wonder if DOE Bettis will get their act together.
