The Department of Health and Human Services is seeking public feedback on the health effects of electromagnetic fields and radiofrequency radiation. HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced the initiative to identify research gaps and update federal policy guidance regarding wireless technology exposure. The project could create regulatory friction with the Federal Communications Commission, which maintains that current exposure limits remain safe and scientifically sound.

Kennedy and his department are asking for public feedback on the health effects of electromagnetic fields, radiofrequency radiation, and wireless radiation exposure to update policy guidance as part of the Make America Healthy Again agenda.

The secretary said in a press statement announcing the request for details that the MAHA Commission strategy report, authorized by President Donald Trump, instructed his agency to look into the health effects of wireless technology based upon long-disputed claims that exposure to such technology can cause health damage, including cancer.

It doesn't. The military has very up-to-date EMF/radio-frequency standards and use the IEEE, ACGIH and other industry standards to keep abreast latest studies and adjustments for limits. It's not a big black hole that RFK is trying to patch.
Each of these groups delve into the crossover of public to general worker exposure for cell phone exposure.  If RFK wants to fix something in EMF/radio-frequency standards, address OSHA and that giant EMF/RF black hole. It's a nice place to cross over into public exposure in cell phones.
