NANO Nuclear Energy and its subsidiary HALEU Energy Fuel signed a definitive agreement to acquire nuclear fuel processing assets from Radnostix. The transaction includes $9.5 million in cash and $4 million in common stock, pending regulatory approvals and license transfers.

The purchase grants ownership of one of ten Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensed fuel cycle facilities in the United States.
