Just wondering if anyone has any info on this event?  Overspeed, reverse power without protection??? Just wondering, I can't find any info at all.
I tried to post a link to the power point I have on my desktop... has anyone got any idea how to do this?

I saw the pictures at work myself.  I don't know the story behind it but ouch.  They will not be making power for a while.
