Seems as though several individuals
have been put out in the cold over what USED to be minor memory "flubs"
Keeps gettin' harder and harder everyday!
Why the hell are traveling techs and workers being #*&!$ with so much??
These plants need to staff outages!!! I suppose human beings no longer can be human!
>:(I smell a future revolt over the p*ss poor treatment of us all
(I suppose I'm on the CIA's hitlist now!
I say GO UNION!!
(at least you have the ability to file a grieveance
or get a second and EVEN third chance to keep a job!!!!

I don't see how a union would help in this situation? A minor memory "flub"? If you are in this business you know what the requirements are going to be when you try to get access to a plant...if you can't meet those requirements or perhaps try to get around the system (which we don't know what happened in this case) how is a union going to be able to back you up on this?

Perhaps a union would be able to have a file for each worker to access which could include private information. This way you could pull out what was needed for each access.
