The recent downturn in the real estate industry resulted in multiple foreclosures to investment property. Will the resultant poor credit standing affect the 5-year renewal of unescorted access? And, if bankruptcy occurs, how will that impact this?

good ? I don't have the answer, but I have heard that if bankruptcy is filed, this may have an impact on working DOE sites
