Can someone please tell me how to read and understand an outage schedule?

Thanks,

If you are talking about reading the schedule that drives an outage, the answer is no... nobody including the people that wrote the schedule can tell you how to read it.  ;)

The length of the outage, like the "Pirate's code" is more of a guideline then actual in practice.   In short, it may say 4 weeks and you find yourself leaving after 2.  Some sites you kind of feel it is ran like a pirate's ship too, when you see what you took home your feel someone raided your treasure.

Do you mean a schedule of when they happen or the Primavera schedule of work for that outage?
