I have a few questions about how Duke does business using their SROs:

* Are all Duke SROs designated as line supervisors, or are there management and non-management SROs?

* Does Duke utilize licensed STAs or non-licensed STAs?

* Is Duke Operations on an 8s or 12s shift schedule?

* At the dual-unit Duke sites, is there one SRO scheduled per unit, or one SRO that has both?

I welcome PMs if anyone would rather talk off-board. Thanks!
