Outage Maintenance Cribbing

I am new to this world but have supplied FPL some 12 x 12 recycled plastic timbers for cribbing. I am looking to offer kits made up of 3'-0 or 6'-0 plastic cribbing. Compression is 1482 PSI. Can anyone tell me how to tap into this outage market?
