Why didn't I receive 1/3 of my Nuke enlistment bonus like everyone else?

I don't understand why I haven't received 1/3 of my bonus for completing NPS. I got picked up for the Naval Academy this year, and I have heard differing stories that I would and would not receive my bonus because of this. I've overlooked my contract and don't see anywhere where it says I don't get that part of my bonus for being picked up for an officer program. Is it one of those hidden technicalities on my contract? I just don't understand why I wouldn't get that part of my bonus since I've completed NPS just like everyone else.
